From December 11 to 13, the 2020 Lubao Cured Food Festival will be held in Sanshui Lubao Hot Spring Resort. The rural revitalization and development achievements of Lubao, Sanshui will be displayed in multiple directions, perspectives and three-dimension in the creative forms of "food tasting + agricultural tourism + cultural creativity + leisure tourism + sports competition" through a variety of popular Canton cured food.

  

  

Foshan, the City of Gastronomy, has numerous gourmet elements. The local Beijiang River cured food has a unique flavor and sells well in the Greater Bay Area, becoming one of the Lubao specialties welcomed by countless people.   

  

  

In the Beijiang River Cured Food Festival that will kick off on December 11, "Lubao cured fish" cored with "fishing", will become a highlight of the activity. "Four treasures" of Lubao, including Lubao cued fish, cured meat, Chinese sausage and cured duck, will satisfy the appetite of citizens and tourists, cultivate a strong atmosphere of Beijiang River Cured Food Festival, and provide tourists with the most unique tourism experience.

  

  

On the first day of the Food Festival, the original cultural products of Lubao Cured Food Festival will be released, and there will be creative bazaars and cultural songs. The Cured Food Festival will facilitate the development of cultural and tourism industry in Lubao, Sanshui by rooting in rural areas, discovering rural cultural resources, and activating rural cultural creativity genes.
