On the morning of January 20, the opening ceremony of Lady Eleanor Holles (LEH) International School Foshan (hereinafter referred to as LEH Foshan) was officially held. As an international school in Chancheng District, LEH Foshan will open to students aged 10 to 18 with foreign passports, as well as Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan passports.
LEH Foshan, located to the south of Huaxiang Road, Chancheng District, covers an area of 58,000 square meters, with an investment of about 600 million yuan, and can take up to 750 students. The LEH Foshan, designed with international styles, has a 400-meter running track surrounded by a multi-functional lawn playground, professional classrooms, science laboratories, a swimming center, a theater with 800 seats, a gymnasium with four stadiums, as well as student apartments and teacher apartments.
The relevant person in charge of the school introduced that LEH Foshan is the first overseas branch of LEH UK in Foshan, which has changed the tradition of girls schools and implemented the mode of boarding school providing the coeducation for boys and girls. The school will provide world-class teaching, sports equipment and a variety of accommodation for 800 students aged 10 to 18.
