844.9 tons of Foshan lychees sold globally
Lychee, one of the most popular local specialty fruits in Guangdong Province, has gained a bigger marketplace overseas.
Based on statistics revealed by Foshan Customs, this year, 844.9 tons of lychees have been exported from Foshan to different parts of the world, which added up to a value of USD3.073 million with a year-on-year increase of 134.8% and 114.0% on amount and value.
Now, thanks to a "green channel" and digital supports that enable "zero waiting" customs clearance 24/7, more lychees can be sold in shorter time.
