Updates on COVID-19 cases 

in Foshan (June 18) 

On June 17, Foshan reported 1 local confirmed case and 2 confirmed cases imported from Ghana and Cambodia. 

By 24:00 on June 17, Foshan has reported a total of 155 confirmed COVID-19 cases (with 55 imported cases). Currently there are 16 patients in hospital (with 6 imported cases) and no death reported. 

Updates on COVID-19 cases 

in Guangdong (June 18) 

As of 24:00 on June 17, Guangdong has reported 8 new imported confirmed COVID-19 cases, with 2 in Guangzhou (from Japan), 4 in Shenzhen (2 from South Africa and the rest from Democratic Republic of the Congo and Indonesia respectively), and 2 in Foshan (from Ghana and Cambodia). In addition, 4 imported asymptomatic cases have been reported in Guangdong, with 1 in Guangzhou (from Australia), 1 in Shenzhen (from South Africa), and 2 in Foshan (from Cambodia). 11 patients were discharged on June 18. 

By 24:00 on June 17, Guangdong has reported a total of 2666 confirmed COVID-19 cases (with 1109 imported cases). Currently there are 216 patients in hospital.
