With 6 excavators roaring simultaneously at the site, the signing ceremony of Laiyin Industrial Park has marked the official launch of renovation in Laiyin Industrial Park in Chencun, Shunde District.

Situated at 4 Huanzhen East Road, Guanglong Industrial Zone, this renovation project remains not only one of the key projects under town-level industrial renovations, but it also provides high-end platform for high-quality development in Sanlongwan Innovation Cluster.

The project with up to 7.83 billions has introduced technology from small, and medium size intelligence manufacturers in constructing a Sino-Germany Joint Industrial Parks with great demonstrative importance. Regarded as Shunde’s first town-level reform of state-own capital, the project is taken charged by Foshan Shunyin Property Management Co Ltd owned by joint venture amongst three other state-own limited companies. It has also adopted an independent transformation approach in which the previous private-own plants were managed to be transformed via stock right acquisitions. The Laiyin Industrial Park has been listed as a crucial platform of attracting German and European investments.

The renovation project of Laiyin Industrial Park is planned to undergo 2 phases. The first phase of the project would have finished by the end of 2020. The new Industrial Park is going to be a high-end industrial cluster where the functions of manufacture, products development and designs, enterprise incubation, international exchange, innovations achievement and transformations are all put together. It is believed that it would also attract industries specialized in digital information, fine machinery, clean energy, intelligence manufacturing, unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) and robotics to land their business in Sanlongwan Innovation Cluster.

Meanwhile, for the time being, there has been already 17 prospecting finance and tech companies which have agreed to and signed up the Laiyin Industrial Park project cooperation framework designed to form an industrial-wide, sustainable eco-chain.

It is believed that through promoting development of emerging technologies, this strategic move is going to be conducive to the transformation and upgrading of Shunde’s economics. It is also going to assist the development of Shunde high-end intelligence manufacture and to draw more innovative resources for future development in Sanlongwan Innovation Cluster.
