The 2024 Orchid Cultural and Tourism Week is underway at the Canton Orchid Garden in Guangzhou's Yuexiu District from April 13 to 17. All are welcome to experience the "Ten Elegances", namely ten major traditional cultural activities, and enjoy the beauty of orchid flowers.

The "Ten Elegances" are a summary of the lifestyles cherished by ancient literati, including gardening (莳花), burning incense (焚香), tea tasting (品茗), listening to the rain (听雨), playing the guqin (抚琴), playing chess (对弈), drinking (酌酒), reading (读书), waiting for the moon (候月), and searching for seclusion (寻幽).

Ticket price: 8 RMB per person

Opening hours: April 13-17, 9:30-12:00, 14:00-17:00
